Dr. Mark Bell - Founder
Dr. Mark Bell is an emergency medicine physician in El Segundo, California, and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Alvarado Hospital Medical Center and Centinela Hospital Medical Center.
He received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Tynan Mason - Founder
Coach Ty Mason is a former Gang Intervention Specialist, Juvenile Probation Officer, and Deputy Probation Officer. He attended Sacred Heart Cathedral College Preparatory High School in San Francisco and studied Psychology and Criminal Justice at UNLV.
Coach Ty is a certified life and health coach specializing in motivational interviewing techniques, family mediation, behavior intervention, and relapse prevention. He brings over 21 years of professional experience to his clients and the families he serves.

Steve Dunlap - Board Member
Steve Dunlap is CEO of Meghan, Inc., a fashion design and women’s apparel manufacturer based in Los Angeles. Prior to his tenure there, he held numerous leadership roles in the financial services industry over a career spanning 30 years.
Steve has served on numerous boards, holds a BA from the College of William & Mary in Virginia, and lives in El Segundo, California with his sons Hank and Carter. He is an active member in the Southern California area when it comes to parental support groups for the Journey Home organization.

Dalia Kaldawi - Student Board Member
Dalia Kaldawi is a junior at Mira Costa High School. She strives to take an active role in her community and is part of Leadership Manhattan Beach, Beach Cities Health District Youth Advisory Council. She is a graduate of the Young Entrepreneurs Academy and is also a member of her school's Associated Student Body, Teen Unification Club, Music Club, and Girls Lacrosse Team.
She is the founder and CEO of Chillage, a business that sells Chill Kits that help users chill during an anxiety or panic attack.

Nick Salvemini - Mentor/Facilitator
Coach Nick is currently enrolled at Grand Canyon University studying social work with emphasis on psychology and addiction. He is a certified Health & Life Coach and mentors many families in Southern California. Nick enjoys reading, working out, & writing. He currently writes many blogs for the Journey Home organization. Nick is a firm believer that families that read & write together stay together.
Nolan Crtalic - Mentor/Facilitator
Coach Nolan is a certified life and health coach. He studied kinesiology at UNLV. He is trained in American sign language and enjoys spending time volunteering for many hearing impaired organizations in SoCal. He currently mentors and coaches many families in both states. Nolan enjoys hiking, fishing, and camping, where he leads many retreats in Big Bear, Mammoth, Red Rock, and Mt. Charleston. He loves spending time with his mother and sister.
Dan Sy - Treasurer
Dan Sy is the Associate Director and CFO at THE SANTA MONICA COLLEGE FOUNDATION, and a member of the Southern California Leadership Network/LA Area Chamber of Commerce.
